What a surprisingly good experience! This hostel offers a very clean environment and has friendly staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is well kept and organized, plus they have fun events for networking with other travelers. However, the lack of free towels was a small downside. Overall, it's conveniently located and great value for money!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was truly convenient, just a quick walk to Market Street and the BART station, which made exploring the city easy.
